Who We Are
A community-driven organization built on compassion
Reality Hand for the Needy was founded in 2025 to address the deep-rooted challenges facing Malawi — poverty, limited education access, youth unemployment, and under-resourced communities.
We support marginalized groups by improving education, child development, and providing tools for sustainable livelihoods to youth, women, and families. Our programs offer material aid, mentorship, motivation, and life skills to foster hope, dignity, and lasting change.
With 9 dedicated team members and a growing network of over 100 volunteers, we operate across 8 districts in Malawi, reaching thousands of lives each year.
