As a volunteer of Reality Hand for the Needy, I commit to uphold the following principles of work ethic:

    I will act with honesty, transparency, and accountability in all my dealings with the organization, beneficiaries, and fellow volunteers.

    I will treat every person — colleagues, beneficiaries, and community members — with respect and dignity, and without discrimination based on gender, age, religion, ethnicity, disability, or social status.

    Commitment & Reliability

    I will honor my agreed schedule, arrive on time, complete assigned tasks to the best of my ability, and communicate promptly if unable to fulfill my duties.

    Confidentiality

    I will protect the privacy of beneficiaries and the organization. I will not disclose personal or sensitive information without proper authorization.

    Professional Conduct

    I will maintain appropriate professional boundaries, avoid conflicts of interest, and refrain from any form of harassment, exploitation, or inappropriate behavior.

    I will work collaboratively with staff and other volunteers, support a positive team spirit, and contribute constructively to the mission of the organization.

Safe Work Environment Policy

Reality Hand for the Needy is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and respectful environment for all volunteers, staff, and beneficiaries. By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Safety First

    I will follow all safety guidelines, use protective equipment when required, and report any hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to a supervisor.

  • Zero Tolerance for Abuse

    Any form of physical, verbal, emotional, or sexual abuse, harassment, bullying, or exploitation of beneficiaries, staff, or fellow volunteers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate dismissal and possible legal action.

  • Child & Vulnerable Person Protection

    I will never be alone with a child or vulnerable person in an unsupervised setting. I will report any suspected abuse or neglect without delay through the designated safeguarding channels.

  • Health & Well-being

    I will not report for duty under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I will inform the organization of any medical condition that may affect my ability to perform volunteer duties safely.

  • Incident Reporting

    I will promptly report any injury, near-miss, security concern, or safeguarding issue to the designated officer.

  • Supportive Environment

    The organization will provide orientation, necessary training, and a respectful workplace free from discrimination. Volunteers are encouraged to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
